Rabbits fed a single compound amoxicillin / probenecid capsules high (300/100), medium (150/50), low (75/25) Dose (mg / kg) group. Respectively at 75 ~ 240 min, 45 ~ 480 min, plasma drug concentration 90 ~ 240 min each time point were higher than single-use amoxicillin plasma concentration (P0.05 ~ P0.01). T1 amoxicillin / probenecid capsules high-dose group / 2 (Ka), C max, T max and AUC, the middle dose group T1 / 2 (Ka), C max and AUC, as well as the low-dose group T1 / 2 (Ka), T max and AUC, respectively, compared with amoxicillin high (300), medium (150), low (75) dose (mg / kg) group to extend or increase (P0.05 ~ P0.01). Amoxicillin 150 mg / kg + probenecid 50 mg / kg administered repeatedly capsule after 45 min, 60 min, plasma drug concentration 90 ~ 240 min each time point were higher than single-use amoxicillin 150 mg /kg(P0.05~P0.01). And the pharmacokinetic parameters C max and AUC compared with amoxicillin alone increased (P0.05 ~ P0.01). 

Amoxicillin / probenecid capsules of amoxicillin and probenecid compared the two drugs in combination with amoxicillin capsules alone can significantly increase the AUC and C max, and improve drug plasma concentration, prolonged duration of action of the drug.
